By Ron Jordan

Running, just like other sports requires performance. This implies many hours of training, years of work, and a lot of sweat. The shoes comfort comes first, so sport shoes design has been in the attention of many manufacturers. Professionals will always seek for professional products such as the New Balance running shoes, which incorporate modern technology for perfect stability and control.

New Balance sneakers are a traditional US brand, dating since the beginning of the 1900s. Their ranges of shoes are targeting females and males, in different product lines. The recipe for creating a big name in shoes for New Balance was the permanent care for innovative ideas and creativity.

The initial New Balance shoe for runners was made in 1938 and it was a success. The shoe was targeted at professional runners. In case they were not happy with the performance, they were promised to receive their money back.

The concept of shoes that fit was reinvented by New Balance, with the introduction of the Trackstar series. Those shoes were made to fit. They were shoes for all generations, for all sizes, for all feet. Youngsters loved them, grown-ups loved them even more.

In 1982, the famous 990 New Balance sneaker was born, with thorough research beneath its launch. They were flexible, stable and supportive, so sales were really boosting. This was a premium running shoe.

The 990 was still in vogue in 1992, but the new version was much more improved in terms of comfort and performance. This is normal, as the manufacturer added the new materials and the new technologies and made them work for the benefit of their customers.

In 2009, New Balance strikes back with the 993 model, much better than all previous ones. Comfort meets style for creating the perfect running shoe of the new generation. The new horseshoe design improves support while reducing weight. Every runner who tried New Balance loves these shoes.
